Easy As One, Two, Three
1.) Line an 8″ baking pan with parchment paper.
2.) Mix the ingredients and pour.
3.) Bake.
If You Wanna Get Fancy
- Use an electric mixer.
- Sift the cocoa powder.
- Chop, toast, add nuts.
- Add more chocolate chips or frosting to the top.
How to Make a Clean Slice
- Fill a glass with hot water.
- Set a paper or dishtowel to the side.
- Dip a chef’s knife into the water for a few seconds.
- Careful to wipe, then cut and repeat 3 and 4.

Flourless Cocoa Brownies
If you like chocolate, run; gather ingredients. In no time, teeth will sink into a quasi healthy, ultra chocolate-y, uber "everyone keep your paws off" brownie.

Ingredients:
8 - inch square
- 6 large eggs
- 1½ cups coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut oil - microwave until about melted, then cool slightly
- 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½-1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract (sea level = 3 teaspoons)
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- sprinkle sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar, then coconut oil until combined. Stir in cocoa, espresso (if using), salt, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spatula the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with flakey sea salt.
- Bake for 32-37 minutes or until a center inserted toothpick shows little batter or few crumbs. Ovens vary, so it's best to begin checking around 30 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely in the pan.
- Once cool, cut and fall deep in love!

- For fudge-y brownies bake on the lesser timeframe; for cake-y brownies bake towards the longer.
