1 cuprolled oats
1/2 - 1Tablespoonchia seeds
1smallappleshredded (partially chopped)
1-2Tablespoonsraisins
1/2 - 1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/8teaspoonground clove
1/4teaspoonpure almond extract
1½cupsunsweetened almond milk
1Tablespoonunsweetened medium flaked coconut
1Tablespoonpecanschopped
coupleblueberries
Instructions
Place ingredients into a bowl. Mix, then place in the refrigerator.
Every now and again until the next morning, stir, and sample. If needed, add milk and spices.
