Ingredients
15ounce chickpeas canned or 1½ cups cookeddrained, rinsed, and dried
1-2teaspoonsextra virgin olive, avocado, or grapeseed oil
Preheat oven to 450° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a Silpat.
Place the chickpeas between paper or dishtowels and with light hands, press and roll to absorb liquid.
In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas with oil; stir to coat.
Scatter the chickpeas across the pan and place on the middle oven rack. Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through sprinkle with seasoning and roll and shake the chickpeas to coat. Keep watch towards the end and remove when browned and crisp.
