Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread and mustard on the other. Scoop crosscut avocado over the mayonnaise then spread end to end, gently mixing/mashing the two. Season with pepper and garlic granules, then overlap cucumber slices. Top with red onion, bell pepper and tomato. Add sprouts and romaine lettuce, then place top bread. Cut, plate, admire and eat.
