To a small bowl, add lime and orange juice and zest and gently rub mint between your fingers before adding to and within the juice. Set aside while preparing the watermelon and blackberries.
To a large bowl, add cubed watermelon and blackberries, then add juice/mint and combine gently. Chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving.
Notes
If wanting to add ingredients at once that's okay too; I use a separate bowl because it seems easier to distribute the mint and zest even amongst the salad.
